General, agent, image, voice, and video credits power modules. Live research on drafts uses extra general credits when enabled. Reel Factory and Spok email may appear as plan inclusions or add-ons depending on tier — check pricing for the current catalog.

Spok email add-on

Spok gives your agent an @spok.in mailbox with outbound send limits. Studio plans may include it; Pro and Essentials can add Spok Email from Payments / Settings. Details: Spok Email and in-app Settings → Spok Email.
